In 1952, we began selling pecans to a few friends. We had one goal in mind, to offer only the best product available at competitive prices, with unsurpassed personal service.

A recipe from the early 1950s.

In the early 1950s, Mae Bruner Morgan, a gourmet cook, and James Morgan developed the recipe for this delicious fruitcake. Through word of mouth, the cake quickly became a tradition with many Southern families and businesses. Today, the tradition continues at our facility in Troy, Alabama.
